Terms of Service

1. Parties

These terms are entered into between Subtlety Limited Co. ("we", "us") and the customer purchasing our services ("you"). Completing payment confirms that you have read and accept them in full.

2. Services

We provide three kinds of service:

• Online Courses: digital content in video form, viewed online through an account after purchase. Downloads are not provided. Access runs for one year from activation.
• Talk: a live event at a stated time and place; purchase grants admission.
• On-site programmes: exhibition guidance provided by an art advisor, on the terms of the individual service agreement.

Details and fees for each service are set out on the Services & Fees page. On-site programmes are additionally governed by a written agreement.

3. Accounts

Courses are identified by email address. Accounts are for your own use and may not be transferred, lent or shared. Where we find unusual sharing, we may suspend access.

4. Intellectual property

Copyright in the course videos, notes, images and text belongs to us or to our licensors. You receive a right to view for your own study only; you may not copy, broadcast, transmit, distribute, adapt or make any commercial use of the material.

5. Changes and interruption

We may suspend or interrupt the service for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control, giving notice where possible. Where a live event or on-site programme cannot take place because of natural disaster, strike, government order, disease or other force majeure, the Refund & Cancellation page applies.

6. Personal data

How we collect and use your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The parties agree that the Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute arising from them.

8. Amendments

We may amend these terms. Amendments are published on this page and take effect from the date of publication.
