This policy explains how we collect, process and use your personal data.
1. Data we collect

2. Why we collect it
- To provide what you bought: activating access, sending admission confirmations and pre-departure materials
- To process payments and refunds and to provide customer service
- To retain transaction records as required by law
- With your consent, to send news of our events and courses. You may unsubscribe at any time
3. Period, territory and method of use
Data is used for as long as the purposes above continue, or for the retention period required by law. It is held on cloud services we use, whose servers may be located outside Taiwan.
4. Who we share it with
We do not provide your personal data to third parties except:
- the payment provider, so far as necessary to process payments and refunds
- the email delivery provider, so far as necessary to send notifications
- where required by law or by a competent authority or court
5. Your rights
Under Article 3 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you may enquire about or review your data, request a copy, request supplementation or correction, request that collection, processing or use cease, and request deletion. Write to contact@reflection.tw and we will respond within 15 days.
Providing your data is voluntary, but without the necessary details we cannot provide the service.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to record viewing progress. You may refuse cookies in your browser, but course playback may then not work properly.
7. Security
We use encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restrict internal access. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure; in the event of a breach we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.
