Co-presenter and lead advisor of Art Express, and deputy editor-in-chief of REFLECTION, where she writes the column Viki's Art Journal. Born in Taoyuan, she has worked since 2007 in contemporary galleries and museums in Taipei, Beijing and Shanghai, on exhibition curation, artist research and close observation of the art scene.
Since moving to Paris in 2020 she has founded and taught the Paris-Taipei Express art programme, giving more than sixty online and in-person lectures in Paris and Taiwan. She has also taught at EAC in Paris, IESA Paris, the OneArt Taipei art fair and the Lu Foundation.
She works from a researcher's perspective and from time spent on the ground, helping participants understand what contemporary artists are doing, where it sits in art history, and how to look.
Co-presenter of Art Express, responsible for brand, design, marketing, event planning and administration, and founder and editor-in-chief of REFLECTION, where she also handles photography and video. Born in Kaohsiung, she comes from graphic design and exhibition production. She began in the experience design and promotion of art programmes, later working in property development, where she turned vacant spaces and unsold units into venues for art.
She founded the international exhibition brand LEXPO in 2020 and the artist residency Subtlehaus in Sakai, Osaka in 2022. Moving continually between the art scenes of Asia and Europe, she brings emerging artists to fairs in Paris, Seoul, Zurich and New York, doing the interviews, the writing and the photography herself.
In 2025 she was invited to lecture on the strategic management of cross-cultural art entrepreneurship on the Global Business Management master's programme at Coventry University in the United Kingdom.
About REFLECTION
REFLECTION is an art publication built around one idea: helping you read art. It runs long-form editorial, interviews with artists and curators, exhibition criticism and photography, covering international biennales, art fairs and gallery shows, with a sustained interest in the visibility of Taiwanese artists and galleries abroad. It is published by Subtlety Limited Co.
The editorial team works across Taipei, London and the European circuit, attending the exhibitions, conducting the interviews and producing the images themselves.reflection.tw
Where the content comes from
Art Express is not an outsourced itinerary. The content comes from REFLECTION's own reporting: the editorial team researches first, visits in person, then leads readings of the major exhibitions, producing first-hand observation and interpretation.
The other source is Subtlehaus, the artist residency in Sakai, Osaka. Artists and galleries stay and work there, and the studio itself becomes the source of exclusive interviews and images.

Paris-Taipei Express was founded by a Paris-based team of contemporary art advisors with a long-standing commitment to researching the European art scene. Since 2020 Viki Kuo has directed the planning and teaching of its art programmes. Art Express is presented jointly by REFLECTION and Paris-Taipei Express.
